Drastic Old Game Studio ("we", "us", or "our") operates the DrasticOldGame mobile application . • Emails or other details you voluntarily send when contacting support at DrasticOldGame@outlook.com.
• Purchase information when you buy a Premium upgrade, processed entirely by Google Play Billing (see Section 5).

b. Information collected automatically

• Device information such as device model, operating system version, language, and screen resolution.
• App usage data such as features used, session length, crash and performance diagnostics.
• Advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) and IP address, used by our advertising and mediation partners.
• Approximate, network-based location (e.g., country/region) inferred from your IP address, used for advertising and analytics purposes only.

c. Information we do not collect

• We do not require you to create an account to use the App.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location.
• We do not access, upload, or inspect the contents of any personal game files you choose to load into the App.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
• Diagnose and fix crashes, bugs, and performance issues.
• Process and validate in-app purchases.
• Serve and measure advertising, including personalizing ads where permitted by your device settings and applicable law.
• Respond to support requests you send to our contact email.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Third-Party Services

DrasticOldGame integrates the following third-party SDKs and services, each of which may collect and process data under its own privacy policy:

• Google Play Services / Google Play Billing — app distribution, licensing, and secure in-app purchase processing.
• AppLovin MAX (mediation SDK) — serves and mediates in-app advertising, and may work with multiple ad networks to show relevant ads.
• Unity Ads — an advertising network that may be used via our mediation partner to deliver ads within the App.

4. Advertising & Analytics

The free version of DrasticOldGame displays in-app advertisements served through AppLovin's mediation platform, which may include ads from Unity Ads and other connected ad networks. These partners may use advertising identifiers and similar technologies to measure ad performance and, where permitted, personalize the ads you see. You can limit ad personalization through your device's advertising settings (for example, "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in your Android device settings) or by resetting your advertising identifier.

Purchasing the optional Premium upgrade removes in-app advertisements.

5. In-App Purchases & Billing

Optional Premium features are sold through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card, bank, or other financial account details — these are handled entirely by Google Play under Google's own privacy and security practices. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, which we use to unlock the corresponding features on your device.

6. Your Game Files & Content

DrasticOldGame is an emulation front-end. Any game files, save states, or related content you import are stored locally on your own device and are not uploaded to, or accessible by, our servers. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any game files you use with the App are legally obtained and that your use complies with applicable copyright law.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information described in this policy with:

• Service providers listed in Section 3, strictly to operate the App's advertising, billing, and distribution functions.
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights, users, or the public.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the commitments made in this policy.

8. Data Security

We rely on industry-standard safeguards used by our infrastructure and third-party providers (including encryption in transit for network requests) to help protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

Device and usage data collected by our third-party advertising and analytics partners is retained according to their own retention policies. Locally stored data, including your game library and save states, remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data.

10. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing (such as personalized advertising). You can exercise many of these choices directly through your device's privacy and advertising settings, or by contacting us using the details below. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) may have additional statutory rights; we will honor verifiable requests to the extent required by applicable law.

11. Children's Privacy

DrasticOldGame is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.

12. International Users

DrasticOldGame is downloaded and used by players around the world. By using the App, you understand that your information may be processed by service providers located in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons.
